Erika Fatale Whitney Houston Tribute Videos

Whitney Houston was by far my greatest musical influence growing up.  I always say she was my vocal coach when I was young, as I would spend hours listening to her, trying to emulate her, and aspiring to be even HALF the immense talent that she was. Growing up in Chicago, "I Will Always Love You" was my go-to song to sing at every Chicago Idol competition, talent show, audition that I did.  My first demo at 15-16 was actually mostly Whitney Houston covers and that's what first got me industry attention with Sony.  I was known as "White"ney Houston quite a bit in my hometown haha.  Here are my 2 acapella tribute videos to the incredible Whitney Houston whose incomparable voice inspired me to find my own.

I don't know about you all, but I'm still heartbroken hearing about Whitney Houston passing away :( She was my biggest inspiration and idol growing up, and the woman who truly was my vocal coach growing up/taught me how to sing.  I never would have had the huge passion and desire to sing and do what I'm doing now had it not been for her ENORMOUS influence on me.  I always performed a Whitney classic at all of the singing competitions I did in Chicago and started getting the name "White"ney Houston in my hometown :) I'll be working on a little tribute to my idol hopefully tomorrow to post here soon. In the meantime, here is a great video showing her incomparable greatness. RIP Whitney..
